1. Cancellation penalties may apply and depending on how far progressed your order is. Cancellation is not available when goods have commenced decoration.

2. Crew Wear sells from an inventory available from its suppliers and endeavours not to oversell that inventory. Crew Wear does not accept any liability for unavailability of stock caused by it’s supplier over-selling their own inventory.

3. The customer will be required to make payment prior to an order being accepted and processed by Crew Wear.

4. Crew Wear makes its best efforts to ensure that the information on its website is accurate. However, Crew Wear cannot and does not guarantee that the site is from errors or  faults.

5. Crew Wear does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time.
