What personal information do we collect and store?
So that we can provide services to you, we may ask for personal details such as your name, address, telephone number. Some examples of where we may need these details are for purchases, delivery of orders, contact for detail on custom orders or requests or competition and special offers. Crew Wear takes measures to ensure your personal information is protected from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. We also take measures to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information when it is no longer required. The measures we take vary with the type of information and how it is collected and stored.
Generally, you have no obligation to provide any information requested. If you choose to withhold requested information we may not be able to provide you with the goods and services that depend on the collection of that information, particularly when the collection of that information is required by law.
Credit Card and Banking information
Crewwear requests that all payments are made through the Paypal shopping cart function on the website. Paypal is an independent facility that does not share any sensitive Credit Card or Banking details with Crew Wear. Both parties are notified of payment being made at the time of ordering with Crew Wear receiving payment directly from Paypal. In the case of Custom orders or in certain cases where Credit Card payment through Paypal is not suitable, arrangements can be made directly with us for funds to be Direct Deposited to our bank account. Orders paid for in this manner will not be processed until funds have been cleared in our account. Any information provided will not be stored by Crew Wear.
