How long will it take for my crewwear order to be delivered?
Usually 2-3 weeks from the time your order is placed and you have approved the final artwork. In the rare case that we are on stock of one of your selected items, we will promptly notify you how long until they will be available and see if you would like to choose another product. For emergency orders, please contact us directly and we will try our best to meet your deadline.


Can I use my own boat photo or logo on the Crewwear standard range?
Yes you can, simply choose ‘Custom Logo’ in the drop down logo menu when selecting your products. In the comments section of the order note that you will be supplying your own logo or image and we will then contact you to arrange for the logos or artwork to be emailed to us.


Are my logo & image choices saved for re-ordering?
Yes, when placing a repeat or new order with a different product, just check the ‘Custom logo’ option when ordering and make a note in the comments section of the Order Form. All custom logo’s are also stored for future orders.


How will I know what my embroidery will look like and what size will it be?
Once we have received your order, you will receive an artwork approval layout with instructions on how to approve your logo.
Generally embroidered logos are around 70mm wide by 45mm high, depending on the detail required. Hats and visors may be a little bit smaller.


Are my credit card or bank details stored by Crewwear?
No, we use the Paypal payment system to ensure yours and our security. We do not receive any financial information from our clients using this method. You will receive a notification from Paypal and Crewwear notifying you that your order has been placed and payment received.


Am I bound by the range of products available on the Crewwear website?
No, not at all. We have a wide variety of products available to us that we can customise to suit your needs, ranging from Deck Chairs to Coldy Holders, Fender Covers, Soft Furnishings and many, many more. Simply send an enquiry via the Custom Orders page and we will get in contact with you to work out your requirements. We can also look discuss the benefits of ordering products in bulk.
